Coast Connection Inc. is a growing, asset-based trucking company based in Melrose Park, IL, operating 100+ trucks nationwide. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team and help us attract top driving and office talent.
Responsibilities:
Recruit and hire CDL Class A drivers.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
Conduct phone interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
Maintain communication with applicants throughout onboarding.
Build relationships with driving schools and recruiting partners.
Assist with recruiting office personnel when needed.
Keep accurate hiring records and reports.
Qualifications:
Previous recruiting experience (transportation industry preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Experience with recruiting platforms such as Indeed, Tenstreet, or similar is a plus.
