Seeking a self-sufficient sales/estimating professional with proven experience in tuckpointing, lintels replacement or exterior restoration. Responsible for the project from initial customer contact through job completion, including site inspections, scope definition, pricing, and closing.
Must be trained and physically able to carry and climb ladders/scaffolding as required for estimating and inspections.
1099 | Base salary + commission | Uncapped earning potential
