Second Shift Mechanical Assembler
Position: Second Shift Mechanical Assembler
Schedule: Second shift, full-time. Training will take place on first shift; once the employee is ready, they will transition to working second shift.
We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated employee to join our team in a hands-on mechanical role. The right candidate will be comfortable working with tools, mechanical parts, equipment, and shop procedures in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
Perform mechanical assembly, repair, maintenance,
and troubleshooting as needed.
Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely
and correctly.
Follow work instructions, safety rules, and company procedures.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
Work independently while also supporting the team when needed.
Qualifications
Mechanical ability or previous mechanical experience preferred.
Must be self-motivated, reliable, and willing to learn.
Ability to read basic instructions, follow directions, and pay attention to detail.
Good attendance and a strong work ethic are required.
Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform physical work
during the shift.
Must be able to work second shift consistently.
