The Polish National Alliance is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Operations Support – Annuities and Sales to assist our Annuity and Sales team.
Responsibilities
• Assists the Annuity Coordinator in inputting data into system. Applies deposits, transfers funds and processes withdrawals on annuities and IRAs.
• Applies checks received for both new and existing accounts.
• Completes forms necessary for withdrawals, death claims, surrenders, transfers, and taxes.
• Prepares vouchers and generates checks for distributions, surrenders and transfers.
• Inputs new representative information and maintains agent files.
• Assisting members with explanation about their policies.
• Process new business applications data into computer system.
• Prepare agent materials for all agencies for recruitment.
